Employee Transfer Plan

EMPLOYEE TRANSFER PLAN

American Staffing’s Responsibilities:

  • Issue weekly paychecks
  • Deduct all legally required employee, state and federal taxes
  • Pay all legally required insurance and taxes:
    • Social Security
    • Workers’ Compensation
    • Unemployment Insurance
  • Issue invoices
  • Issue W-2’s at the end of the year
  • Pay through our Workers’ Compensation Insurance for any on the job injury

Client’s Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and select employees
  • Establish a pay rate
  • Have the employee complete American Staffing’s application and W-4
  • Sign time cards and forward to American Staffing weekly
  • Pay invoices net 10 days
  • Maintain safety precautions that insure a safe working environment for employer transfer employees

Exclusions:

Temporaries payrolled under the American Staffing “Employee Transfer Plan” are not eligible for vacation and holiday pay.
